ICE reassign goaltender Matt Berlin

Cranbrook, B.C. – The Kootenay ICE announced on Tuesday that it has reassigned 1998-born goaltender Matt Berlin to a team to be named at a later date. With the move, that leaves the ICE with two goaltenders: Duncan McGovern and Jesse Makaj.

As of Tuesday, September 11, the ICE have 17 forwards, 10 defencemen and two goaltenders on its roster.

The next pre-season game for the ICE is against the Calgary Hitmen at Eddie Mountain Memorial Arena in Invermere, BC on Friday, September 14. Puck drop is scheduled for 7 p.m. MT. Tickets can be purchased at the following locations:
