Wednesday night's game against the Hawks was a prime example of hard work,maturity and sound hockey. You kept the opposition off their game by continually going on the attack. If you skate hard for 60 minutes and play as well as you did Wednesday, you could wrap up the series on Friday night. Hello Memorial Cup.

I thought Saturdays game against Saskatoon was well played. The officiating in my opinion was lop-sided and ruined what could have been a really good game. Saying that, the ice did get some foolish penalties and with a team like Saskatoon and their power play, being shot handed is asking for trouble. On the good side, the Ice team is gelling nicely, and should be in top form for the play offs.
Less hesitation on the passes and employing the "give and go" technique might prove more good scoring chances. Good luck guys.
