ICE HELP RAISE MONEY FOR BELIEVE IN THE GOLD

Cranbrook, BC —  Jeff Chynoweth, General Manager of the Kootenay ICE Hockey Club, today announced the ICE will be helping raise money for Believe in the Gold.

 

On Saturday, November 23rd when the ICE host the Brandon Wheat Kings, the team will be using yellow ribbon sticks during warm up and in the first period of the game.  The sticks will be auctioned off in a silent auction during the game behind Section U with all the money raised going to Believe in the Gold.  The winning bidders will receive their sticks after the game from the ICE Players.

 

Tickets to the game on Saturday, November 23rd at 7:00 pm are on sale now at the Kootenay ICE Office or by calling 250-417-0322.

Believe in the Gold supports families affected by childhood cancer, increases awareness of childhood cancers and raises funds for research into the disease that affects one in every 400 kids.
