ICE and Hurricanes prepare for battle in Crowsnest Pass

 

Cranbrook, B.C. – The Kootenay ICE conclude its 2017 pre-season schedule with back-to-back games in Crowsnest Pass, Alberta starting with a game against Lethbridge Friday night.

The ICE have played four pre-season games thus far amassing a record of 1-3.

The last time the ICE were in action they dropped a 6-0 decision to the Tri-City Americans.

Barrett Sheen is the leading goal scorer for the ICE with three goals. Sheen and Colton Kroeker lead the team with three points.

The ICE have been outscored 24-8 in pre-season despite outshooting their opponents 126-116. The ICE enter Friday night’s contest 1-for-17 (5.9%) on the power play and 12-for-17 (70.6%) on the penalty kill.
