The Manager, Corporate Partnerships & Fan Experience position will play a key role in building the Kootenay ICE brand, including tasks such as developing pricing and communication strategies for corporate partners, building and fostering corporate partnerships, developing successful revenue generation campaigns, and creating awareness in the community. With a keen attention to detail, the successful candidate will be responsible for the game day experience in order to develop a partnership with our fans. Important skills include communication and organizational skills, strong understanding of the sales process, time management, and experience with technology, including video editing, website management, and social media.
The Manager, Ticket Sales & Fan Experience will execute all ticket sales and fan experience initiatives for the Kootenay ICE Hockey Club! This position requires a creative stance in order to increase the overall seat holder experience. With a goal of creating awareness in the community, the successful applicant will place emphasis on building value for customers at every touchpoint. An entrepreneurial spirit is welcomed in order to develop and implement successful revenue generation campaigns. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, pay keen attention to detail, manage multiple projects, prioritize, and be willing to take on a variety of duties.
Through collaboration, the two successful candidates will work closely together in order to create the best possible fan experience. Both positions require a post-secondary education, as well as previous sales and/or marketing experience (minimum 2 years).
